A. I use photoshop for most of my graphics. For the pixels tho, I make them in MS paint. I find it easier becuase it’s simplier, and I only need to use one tool. Then I make them transparent using Giffy. =) |

A. I suggest http://www.freewebs.com. They will host your site for free and they even provide site templates if you can’t make your own layouts yet. If you want, a .com, .net, .org, ect. at the end of your web URL (address) if will cost you some money. Freewebs, in my opinion, is the best place to start out. |

Q. How do you change the layout for your cutenews blog? I have recently installed cutenews and I was wondering if you can use HTML to code the layout on the php file. |

A. Log into your cutenews admin area. At the top, go to options. Under options go to Edit Templates. Once you click any option from on that page there should be HTML and other coding below it. Edit it how you want and click save. |
